We're looking for a results-driven Branch Operations Manager to lead the performance, growth, and profitability of our Pittsburgh market.


This is more than an operations role. As the senior leader of the branch, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, customer retention, operational excellence, team development, and overall financial performance. You'll partner with company leadership to execute growth strategies, build strong customer relationships, and create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

· Lead the overall performance and profitability of the Pittsburgh branch

· Drive revenue growth through customer retention, account expansion, and exceptional service execution

· Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) related to growth, retention, profitability, safety, and operational efficiency

· Develop, coach, and hold team members accountable to performance expectations

· Build strong relationships with customers and serve as a trusted partner for key accounts

· Resolve escalated customer concerns while identifying opportunities to improve satisfaction and retention

· Review operational and financial performance, identify trends, and implement improvements

· Ensure consistent execution of company standards, processes, and operational controls

· Partner with sales and leadership teams to support market growth and strategic initiatives

· Create a high-performance culture focused on accountability, customer service, and continuous improvement

Requirements

What We're Looking For

· Proven leadership experience with accountability for business performance and results

· Demonstrated success driving revenue growth, customer retention, and profitability

· Strong understanding of KPIs, operational management, and financial performance

· Experience developing high-performing teams through coaching and accountability

· Excellent customer relationship and problem-solving skills

· Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and execute improvement plans

· Strong business acumen with the ability to balance operational execution and growth objectives

· Experience in field service, logistics, transportation, facilities services, restaurant operations, distribution, or other service-based industries preferred
