React Native Developer / Software Engineer

We’re looking for a React Native Developer with strong hands-on experience in end-to-end mobile application development, from design and development to testing and deployment. The candidate should have experience building real-world mobile applications and successfully publishing them on both the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store, with a strong understanding of mobile app performance, functionality, and user experience.

What do we need?

We are looking for passionate and motivated React Native engineers who will build revolutionary products for digital health companies. This will include working closely with clients, requirement gathering, building front & backend, defining data structures and running quality assessments.

Engineering Outcomes

• Build dynamic, end-to-end, and innovative software products and applications.
• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
• Work with databases, servers, APIs, version control systems, and third-party apps.
• Identify anti-patterns and implement improvement plans to ensure the application's scalability, performance, reliability, and security.
• Stay updated with new tools, frameworks, approaches, and architectures in the development world.

Client and Stakeholder Management

• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to understand project requirements, prioritize tasks, and manage project timelines.
• Providing thought leadership and identifying ways to improve quality

Key Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in mobile application development, with expertise in building and deploying production-ready applications.
• Strong proficiency in React Native and experience integrating REST APIs and third-party services.
• End-to-end mobile app development experience, from development and testing to deployment on both the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store.
• Strong understanding of mobile app performance, debugging, and optimization to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Healthcare domain experience is a plus, particularly in developing healthcare-related mobile applications
