Create high- impact marketing collateral (website content, conference materials, presentations, and internal enablement content) to promote ClickHouse’s products, services, and brand.

Evaluate and iterate on marketing strategies with metrics and feedback from stakeholders to track efficacy, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations. Lead the launch of new products and features. Develop compelling messaging, positioning, and value propositions that communicate the benefits of open source, clearly differentiate commercial capabilities (e.g., security, governance, scalability, manageability), and articulate integration points within the broader data ecosystem to help users progress from open-source ClickHouse users to commercial usage. Develop and run go-to-market enablement programs.

Education Required: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Experience Required: 3 years of experience as Product Marketing Manager, Senior Product Marketing Manager, or related occupation.

Special Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of prior work experience in each of the following:

2. Evaluating and iterating on marketing strategies with metrics and feedback from stakeholders to make data-driven recommendations.

3. Leading end‑to‑end go‑to‑market launches for enterprise/B2B software products or features, including launch planning, messaging, and enablement.

4. Developing product messaging, positioning, and value propositions for technical B2B audiences (developers, data engineers, solution architects) that differentiate the commercial offering from the open-source version.

5. Conducting customer and market research (ideal customer profile, segmentation, and customer interviews or surveys) and translating insights into GTM plans and product‑roadmap input.

6. Creating sales‑enablement and customer‑facing collateral (presentations, web copy, datasheets/solution briefs) and partnering cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
