Senior Sales Enablement Manager

Job Overview

The Senior Sales Enablement Manager will play a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering scalable enablement programs that strengthen seller capability and support Convera's global go-to-market priorities. Working across Convera's full seller curriculum, this role will design and deliver enablement that builds capability across sales processes, skills, tools, product and solution knowledge, and other priority areas. The role will help sellers confidently apply what they learn through practical, engaging, seller-friendly content and learning experiences.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on enablement professional who can translate complex business and seller needs, including process, customer, market, product, solution, and tool-related inputs, into high-quality enablement, facilitate live sessions with confidence, and flex across priority initiatives as team and business needs evolve. This role is for someone comfortable moving from strategy to execution: shaping the plan, building the materials, facilitating sessions, and improving the experience based on field feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and lead scalable sales enablement programs across the full seller curriculum, including sales processes, skills, tools, product and solution knowledge, and priority role-specific needs.
  • Assess business priorities, seller needs, existing programs, content, and workflows; identify gaps; and develop practical plans that balance immediate requirements with scalable, long-term solutions.
  • Partner with subject-matter experts and cross-functional teams to translate complex business, process, customer, market, product, and competitive information into clear, practical, and engaging seller-ready learning and resources.
  • Design and deliver learning experiences for global audiences through live and virtual facilitation, self-paced content, seller practice, and in-the-flow-of-work support, adapting delivery for specific roles, teams, regions, and business priorities.
  • Design and strengthen the architecture for onboarding, ramp, certification, continuous learning, and role-specific enablement by defining learning outcomes, applied practice, readiness milestones, and reinforcement approaches.
  • Advise and partner with sales leaders and managers to define what sellers must know, say, show, and do; build alignment around priorities; and enable managers to reinforce application through coaching and inspection.
  • Drive execution governance across multiple workstreams, including program goals, scope, stakeholder alignment, project plans, dependencies, risks, communications, delivery, and follow-through.
  • Use Highspot, Gong, AI tools, and other enablement technologies to scale access, practice, reinforcement, insight, and adoption.
  • Define success measures and evaluate program impact across engagement, proficiency, adoption, behavior change, seller confidence, manager reinforcement, and business outcomes; communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years (approx.) of related experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, sales training, product marketing, or an equivalent field, ideally supporting complex B2B sales organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex enablement programs end to end, from discovery and strategy through design, development, deployment, measurement, insight generation, and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated experience developing seller capability across multiple enablement areas and supporting effective application in the field.
  • Strong instructional design and content development skills, with the ability to simplify complex information into practical, engaging learning and resources for sellers.
  • Hands-on experience with sales enablement, conversation intelligence, learning, or content management platforms is required; experience with Gong and Highspot is strongly preferred.
  • Practical fluency with generative AI and the judgment to use it efficiently, responsibly, and with appropriate human review.
  • Excellent facilitation, consulting, project leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, influence cross-functional partners, and challenge constructively.
  • Experience supporting global or geographically distributed sales organizations and balancing global consistency with relevant local application.

Preferred Qualifications

The following experience is helpful, but not required:

  • Previous experience in an SDR, BDR, Account Executive, Sales Manager, or other customer-facing sales role.
  • Experience in payments, fintech, financial services, foreign exchange, or another complex B2B environment.
  • Experience designing manager-led coaching, reinforcement, competency, and certification approaches.
