About the Role:Triunity Software is looking for a sharp and driven Business Systems Analyst to join our growing team in Calgary, AB. This is an exciting opportunity to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions in a dynamic software environment. Responsibilities:
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into clear system specifications and user stories
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Conduct gap analysis and process mapping to identify areas for system improvement
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit and validate requirements
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and assist with system implementation and rollout
  • Monitor and report on system performance, identifying opportunities for optimization
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role in a software/tech environment
  • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
  • Proficiency in requirements documentation, use case development, and process modeling
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
